      -Great work culture -Compassionate and honest employers/employees -Realistic, but challenging expectations (challenge equals growth!) -Treated as an human, not just a task completer -Works well with the craziness of real life -Ethical company -So much opportunity for growth personally and within the company, including positions, pay raises, etc.

      There is a very great environment to work in. Everyone tries really hard to make it a hard place to work.
