Pros

This is a very great company. They have high standards they hold them self and their employees to. They have a genuine care for each employee and want them to succeed in life and will help them to do that, even if it means not in the company. The owners of the company are some of the greatest people I have ever met.

Cons

This is a very hard job. Right now I am working in sales over the phone and over the summer I do door to door sales. It is a demanding, mentally and physically hard job and can be very discouraging at times. That is just part of the job, but I also learn a lot and the pay is good. Overall it is worth it.

It is a great environment with great people. I love my coworkers and you could not ask for better management.

Cons

It is a customer service job, so things like answering phones and dealing with angry customers can get old.
