      Pros

      The people at this company are specifically chosen so that we can work together, and it is easy to feel that support and the people who work here really are incredible. Also, all work is divided in a way that each employee is valued and trusted to fulfill their responsibilities, encouraged to improve and progress, and supported if the work becomes overwhelming. As a customer service job, you learn valuable skills and strategies that help you to work well with people in all aspects of life. The hours are flexible and full time positions are available to part time employees as their schedules allow, and management works well with personal time off.

      Cons

      The pay really is not very competitive for comparable positions, and may undermine the value of the employees since it is minimal. The company is also not closed very often so employees occasionally work on holidays. It is a new and growing company so many benefits are still being established.
