      Pros

      For the most part Fox has a pretty good atmosphere. Most people are nice and genuine.

      Cons

      If you are the operations side and not the sales side of things, be prepared to feel left out. The operations is great stepping stone to lead you some where else. The amount of work you take on and what is expected of you is not worth what you are paid unfortunately.

      Provided a lot of freedom on how to approach customers

      No way to move up in the company. Sales team is only people from Utah. Micromanaging is high
