You learn quite a bit and have a fine work/life balance. The insurance is pretty good. Good amount of time off.

Cons

The pay is fairly low with little few raises and no scheduled feedback/reports on your work. Premium has increased in recent years. Fully in office although most times you likely don’t meed to be.
