Good learning environment for new engineers and the freedom is given to learn and improve things in the factory

Cons

Management team does not know what they are doing. The failure of the factory is mainly due to poor decision making and lack of knowledge with top management. This place may sustain if the top management is re-hired with proper skills required to succeed.
