* Learn many things, very hands-on * Bonus compensations is great, IF you get one. * flexible hours, depending where you work at * Traveling to China * great working level co-workers

Cons

* Too much hands on sometimes, need to train peers. * Low average salary, with no annual increase. * performance reviews are a joke. * Chinese language is mandatory * High turnover rate, * Long hours once crunch-time approaches * Large work load as management requires staff to perform multiple functions. * Bureaucratic job environment, especially if working with executive level.
