Thank you for your review. I am not sure where the disconnect is on our health insurance. Foxhole only offers a Cigna PPO which means you have the ability to see any doctor or specialist you choose in or out of network. Cigna has a very large network of providers that are in-network. Also, Foxhole fully funds your medical deductible via a Health Reimbursement Account Program. Our employees are not responsible for paying ANY deductible for in-network services. You were issued a credit card by Foxhole that should have been used to pay the bills you received. Please feel free to reach out to us for any clarification on coverage.

We agree that we have some of the best employees around! We think that your broad generalization of our salary structure is not a fair assessment and we work hard to pay our employees a competitive salary as well as provide a strong benefits package. As a small business, we believe we provide a high level of medical coverage which is a widely accepted Cigna PPO where there is a large network of providers within the DC metro area and throughout the country. As an added benefit, Foxhole fully funds your family deductible through a Health Reimbursement Account with no copays or office visit costs until after your deductible is met. HRA rules/laws dictate that there is proof that the money paid out goes towards covered expenses and requires supporting documentation. This is as simple as taking a picture of your EOB and medical bill and uploading via an app on your phone. We find that most of our employees appreciate that we cover this expense even though it does take a little extra time. I was concerned to hear that you were working 60-70 hours per week because that in no way is reflective of the majority of our employees or an expectation of Foxhole. At times, there may be an increased workload as deadlines exist, but generally our employees have a very good work/life balance.
