- Great corporate leadership that sets the tone for the rest of the company. - Employees can easily voice their concerns and are treated respectfully. - HR/pay/benefits issues are handled in a quick yet professional manner. I never had to nag my manager or HR about unresolved problems. - The company leadership keeps everyone informed about how the company is doing regarding finances, employee count, contracts, etc.

Cons

- None in particular. It's a great company to work for. Obviously, the usual things that come with working for a small business apply to Foxhole as well. That can be a pro or a con depending on what you are looking for.
