Free food. Medical Insurance. No limit on work from home. Good increment. Supportive colleagues. Option to take a sabbatical. No in and out time. Work hours are not counted.

Cons

Work can get monotonous. You get specialized to a kind of problem. It can get very hectic at times. Over expectation from management and client.

Work life balance is good. Taking leaves is not much of an issue as long as client agrees to it.

Cons

Not many good data science projects coming up these days. They make you work on more of data engineering projects. work becomes repetitive too.
