      Pros

      Good learning curves and new technology. Good pay as compared to other services based organization but not much higher There are good people in fractal and a very good Management. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Work from office has started in hybrid mode so negotiate salary accordingly. Client centric as others. Committed pay will payble with april salary. Increment letter will be out in May month so that i can't plan for switch.
