Great talent. Excellent company values that are pro-client and are very supportive of employees at all ranges across the company. Excellent design sensibilities. Overall a great company.

Cons

IT Consulting mill that may be relying a bit too heavily on gaming H1B and I-983 visas - which is great while it lasts as most employees are talented, hard working, and grateful - but a concern if restrictions come for those programs.
