Compensation is good (but hike is less) Reimbursements are good Good for freshers to learn Flexible working hours (with lot of terms and conditions) Mostly development projects

Cons

No professionalism in tenured employees they don't know how to speak with people. Unlimited Leaves are there but managers won't allow you to take. Senior Managers are very egoistic and interfering in personal life. HRs are way too rude and unprofessional. No learning opportunity.

Good work culture, has the benefits similar to working in a startup as well as MNC. Visionary founder, thoughtful leaders, employees have lot of flexibility.

Cons

Work timings gets crazy at times if you are dealing with both India and US teams.
