      Well I've been incredibly lucky to have a good manager & a team who actually force me grow & have supported me in my bad mental health & sick days without a condition. Flexibility Support Freedom of expression

      Cons

      I don't know if it is a con but very occasionally I've felt a lack in structure. Well I'm person who likes both the sides but there are some occasions(very rare) where I felt so.
