Even though it is a small consulting company, it offers pretty good training opportunities and strives for transparency from the top down. Also, it hires high quality professionals in certain areas. Unlimited vacation.
Cons
A narrow portfolio of products. Also, middle managers lack strong analytical or critical thinking foundations. Many so called data scientists or analysts simply completed a bootcamp but hardly ever use a actual scientific thinking. Also, as in other consultancies, priority for leaders is sometimes to sell regardless of having the right people or knowledge to address clients problems. It's a good option for people coming out of college or early in their career.
