      Get to work with similar minded people and a lot of exposure to data science Efficient and visionary upper management

      Cons

      It is service based company. So there are some days when WLB is very bad and some days there's no work at all. Impact of upper management is minimal since client drives the employee work Low salary as compared to other companies for similar title and similar kind of work. No additional perks than base salary

      The leadership is hard working, they are trying hard to build a AI company

      They pay people based on their college degrees and not on their experiences. Same is applicable to promotions too.. Pretty lazy way of evaluating people. Same is applicable to projects. Its not easy to move within the company
