      Good culture, weekly townhall, good salary, friendly management addressing all queries from employees

      Cons

      Bench period is very long. Data Science Peoples are waiting for months to get into projects . It is really frustrating. Leadership says it will be sorted in few days , but for months the situation is same . Finding project outside the organization is easier than getting one inside. Join only if you are hired directly for any project. Rest all seems good here.
