      work life balance is good but highly dependent on team/manager. good focus on learning and upskilling.

      Cons

      policies are shifting away from employee-centric to profit-centric. Compensation is below market standard if you join as a fresher and stay long term.

      1. Great culture and values. 2. Purely AI company, lots of project options. 3. Encourages you to learn and grow by giving you courses from Analytics Vidhya and coursera 4. Pay is good. Hike will depend completely on the relationship with your manager. And how much you are contributing beyond the project.

      Cons

      1. May feel less pay at times. 2. You might get stuck in projects which can become monotonous. Depends always on the project 2. Promotions usually doesn't happen on the first time. You will have to be nominated second time to get promoted and also you should be contributing beyond the project.
