      Pros

      If you work on the contractor side of Fractal, you can get paired up with pretty big name tech companies. I feel like I've received great experience along the way.

      Cons

      When you work for a client in the client office, your Fractal management has no insight into what you do or how things are going, and your client manager may also not be invested in you either so you feel isolated from any management chain.
