      Work from Home all the time.

      Cons

      Clients are given highest of the expectations. You are only pressurized to match that level in very limited time. Asks for weekend and holidays work load also. No work life balance. Paid leaves are advertised as unlimited, but need to be approved by the manger everytime, which is a big task filled with guilting the employees.
