      Pros

      Simplicity and humility lie at the essence of all that is done at the firm. The stated objective of the firm to be the 'BMW of the analytics industry' is a worthy ideal to aspire to and everyone is doing their best to contribute to this. Free food, unlimited WFH, and a completely flat hierarchy are things which might seem common today, but Fractal has been doing most of it for well over a decade now.

      Cons

      Growing pains are a part of any organization's growth and Fractal is no different. While there are team-specific flaws, especially in some of the large-sized projects that tend to be disorganized, the firm as a whole is on the right track. There are no drastic cons as such that can be mentioned here.
