      1. Employee Friendly 2. Intensive Learning programs 3. Great work culture & ethics 4. Lot of projects to choose from & flexibility in choosing projects 5. Work from Home option

      I haven't experienced any cons. However, in some of the projects I have heard people complaining about work-life balance issues. It depends on project to project and of course project manager. Not all projects are like that.. So overall, no real Cons!

      Pros

      Absolute phenomenal job from the company by setting up the right brand image towards clients. From work life balance to excellent project work, transparent policies to friendly work colleagues, appropriate perks to challenging & rigorous tasks.. the company has checked all boxes. Keep it going!

      It’s not a pay-master. There are some political rivalry among heads of teams which sometimes break over the brink and trickle down.
