      1. Culture that senior management has built and most importantly maintained is amazing. 2. Employee satisfaction as they are valued to great extent. 3. Salaries are good enough. 4. Lot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Only con I would say sometimes your growth depends on the manager you are working with , which can be biased due to favouritism although 95% managers are very helpful and even if they are not there are many easy ways to approach upper management in case of concerns.
