      Pros

      Lots of freedom, no one poking nose in your work, managers cant ruin your careers even if they keep any grudge, cool HR policies, work from home, helping colleagues during tough times, In short its like second home and doesnt make you feel very formal or unknown to anyone.

      Cons

      some project issues for data scientists in gurgaon as most projects are lead by ppl in mumbai/ bangalore, it might get better soon. Next in cons is, its very hard to leave this company once you become a fractalite, you wont feel like quitting you job for any money out there.

      - Growing company in analytics. - Good work environment. - Supportive in learning techniques. - Easy work from home options. - Founder deserves to be an inspiration. - Qure.ai (a knid of SBU in fractal) is doing amazing job with Fractal in field of ML/AI in health sector.

      Cons

      - Sometimes work gets stagnant/ repetitive. Though depends on candidate to add more challenges to push the limits and learn more.
