      Flexible work hours (claimed) Work from home anytime (claimed) Attempt to make a modern work environment

      Cons

      The project manager points out the working hours and work from home in one on ones, which nullifies the option to have that facility (FYI the work is not at all affected and the team mates had no complaints, only PM had issues and whole team was understandably upset with PM). Lack of Projects Lack of variety of skills in projects Not the best paying company
