      "If" you know right set of people you can enjoy exponential growth

      "If" you know right set of people you can enjoy exponential growth There is disconnect between higher management and an average employee, the management is harping and spinning stories about AI, whereas there is hardly any work that requires advanced analytics. There is lot of focus on creating one's visibility in the org as a result sycophancy has become a part of its DNA. Nobody cares about the work you do, it is all about whom you know. There is no clarity around career growth path, this decision lies in the hands of powerful individuals who have no clue about dealing with subordinates.

      Pros

      - Company in a crucial transformative stage and its exciting to be a part of this change. Industry is rapidly evolving and the leadership is focused on making sure Fractal stays relevant and develop into a leader in Analytics - Policy flip flops have reduced over the last 12-18 months - Good focus on training and development

      Cons

      Lack of experience in handling larger programs need to be addressed, I see it as the biggest risk in Fractal's transformation
