- Learning unlimited, freedom to explore to do what you're passionate about - Open and honest discussions with all levels in the company - Data challenges, quizzes, etc. which continuously challenge your intellect

Cons

- Middle Management turnover is to frequent. Difficult to map out growth for yourself within the company as Manager keeps changing often - Some projects are good, some not so much. If you're stuck with one project then it becomes difficult to grow within the organization
