      Pros

      Flexible timings. Come in and get out at whatever time you want. But as long as u r doing ur job and attending meetings, you are in good shape. I work in a product team. The best part is, there is no limit to innovations you can bring in. You can pitch your idea and get a chnce to easily implement it. Got to learn a lot technically. The team makes you feel you have a family.

      Cons

      As it is a product team, no client exposure. But you will get to interact with teams to pitch the product you are working on and also lead client demos of the product Wish there were more experienced seniors to guide us through to achieve exactly what we want. Pay more?
