      Pros

      - Good for learning - Good work life balance - Good flexibility - Good client exposure

      Cons

      - No appreciation for efforts at all - No bonus - not very common to receive the variable pay promised as part of CTC - Management only focuses on products whereas services is the real cash cow - Team politics and partial behaviour - Promotion only after discussing with all the managers in the account ( how would they know if they do not belong to the same team)

      Great place to work. Great people. Pretty much employee friendly. Lot of learning opportunities if one harnesses.

      Cons

      Lot of intervention from middle management during promotion cycle and not during work. HR Policies need to be little more flexible.
