      The biggest factor in somebody experiencing any of the Pros mentioned above is - what their first manager is like. People have stuck to Fractal and loved their tenure here and there are people at the other end of the spectrum as well. There is little consistency in firm wide employee policies. Each year, some new policies are introduced to correct the mistakes of the past. Sometimes, these new policies are no more than knee jerk reactions to past year financial or delivery results.
