Fractal has grown immensely in recent times, however it has not lost it's homely feel. The CEO genuinely cares for the company and its employees, and always tries to make it the best organization to work for.

Cons

Tech stacks in some projects are not in line with the latest technologies in the market.

Great People to work with, and the most important quality of Fractal is that " You are heard". Employees are cared for, valued and transparent. Townhall session is an excellent example of transparency and openness to accept mistakes. No one is perfect. It's a journey everyone is in together to build a great place.
