Pros

Energetic group that loves problem solving. Very high client satisfaction - NPS 50+ Clients are enthusiastic supporters and it's heart-warming to see team mate praises in testimonials (on website). Clients and Fractalites appreciate our people-centric culture (freedom, flexibility, accountability), and mix of products/custom services. Fast growing and strong future. Highly ethical and transparent.

Cons

Collaborating across multiple time zones - working both early and late. Millennials don't have enough experience to fully appreciate how amazing the progressive culture really is. A small proportion complain without understanding the big picture business context (which goes against our people principles of putting clients, Fractal, and team ahead of self-interest).

Pros

I have worked for few MNCs in my career so far but the amount of employee orientation Fractal has is unmatched. This is what makes the Company the best place to work. Flexibility and Empowerment are the two key people drivers.

Pros

1. CEO is really cool and cares for every employee regardless at any level. 2. Workplace environment is really good. 3. The growth rate of an employee is phenomenal. 4. People principles. 4. Once a Fractalite, Always a Fractalite.

Cons

1. I wish every person in the upper management should also have similar vision as our CEO and they promote / encourage/ appreciate the team members working at lower level. 2. At the end of every year, Goals achievement is calculated. In some cases, the manager simply puts 101%, 80%, 90%, 110%. The yearly bonus (variable pay) and increments depend on this. I think this percentage is purely determined basis the rapport the employee shares with the manager. This system is unfair to many employees. This system should me more logical and politics free.
