No consistency in most of the processes due to continuous effort to improve things. Not very well structured or organised.

Great Benefits, new & dynamic team members, hardworking senior management- overall good environment

Cons

Very bad mid management, most of the management at Analyics Lead and Senior Associate level are hardly concerned about their jobs, no creativity, no motivation
