      1. People Principles - Employee centric policies and Client/Work centric principles is what makes Fractal an awesome place to work. It offers flexibility to employees to apply for the projects they wish. 2. Great learning opportunities in teams that do some modeling and machine learning stuffs 3. Focus on all round development of individuals by introducing certifications/learnings, marketing initiatives and IP related work as a part of employees' goals

      Cons

      1. Politics in middle management of some teams. HR-BP of these teams sometimes ignore any escalations from employees and are reluctant to acknowledge the problem.

      Working environment is awesome, peers are very friendly and care for each other

      Cons

      Some people at senior level are not good technically and also poor in management and communication. Many of those have reached to senior levels only for being their for long.
