      You are given opportunity to change your project in case you aren't happy with it. Amazing work culture. Lots of learning, if you utilize their training program well.

      Cons

      Middle management is not that efficient. They can sometimes hamper your growth.

      Pros

      Great Company and people. There is opportunity to learn a lot and work on interesting projects. Chilled-out atmosphere and supportive people. Great place to work!

      The pay structure is not particularly great and preference is given to people to IITs and IIMs

      Lot of things to learn and a good start into analytics.You work with senior people and by senior i mean VP, Associate Directors. Had team meeting with CEO too.Flexible timings.Project switch easily.

      In case of urgent project requirement they might shift you to offshore location
