      - good perks, each member is taken care of - helping team members; more of mentors - leadership maintains transparency - get sufficient personal time off - one can move to different teams after a fixed amount of time spent in the current team

      - continuous learning is a question - might have to work in the PST hours due to offshore team members or clients
