      A great place to work. Ideal to get spoilt in terms of great culture, Learn your first steps in analytics, awsome people, freedom to put down your points across with anyone in the organization. Some of the amazing people in the industry. CEO is a true inspiration for many in the organization. Is my inspiration as well.

      My Cons are w.r.t to the new startups A short term con- Many startups paying better than Fractal, Startups offering very rich exposure to the young analytics candidates in terms of building some of the best in class analytics products and services. Most of the people in the organization are also working in reporting projects, which creates volumes of business but does not offer rich analytics experience an offers less opportunity to innovate
