      You have a steep learning curve and also you will get to love the culture at Fractal. They have framed out extreme well values for the organisation

      Cons

      Leadership views are excellent, however manager and senior manager tries to take all the credit, they believe in just doing the work and not going above and beyond for excellence

      Pros

      Great work environment, terrific leadership and good compensation. Lots of flexibility in terms of work balance.

      Cons

      Not much room to move and explore other areas of work other than the speciality you choose. I was told a year of work would lead to good options but not available.
