      Pros

      Good opportunities for learning and application of various tools and techniques. Analysts are able to work independently with a sense of ownership and the company provides a very flexible work culture with ample recreation facilities.

      Cons

      Occasional issues in terms of work load.

      Pros

      - People oriented - Technologically sophisticated - Diversified, yet high end client base - No micro management I have had the opportunity to work for other consulting & analytics firm in past and have surprisingly found this company to be a lot different in its work culture. Setting up People Principles policy has shown the enormous trust which the management has put in its people. Definitely is path breaking.

      Pros

      1. People's Principles- A set of guidelines that have made Fractal unbelievably employee friendly. 2. A great work environment. They also provide the option of working from home which is terrific! 3. Flexible timings, as long as your work does not get affected. 4. Lots of internal growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Work can sometimes get monotonous, and one get caught up in the cycle of reporting. But that's about it.
