      Very flexible with holidays, office hours and only cares about efficiency and work done in a given time and talented people around in company. Good for work life balance

      quality of work and your interests solely depend on what projects they have.In any case you land up in a project not matching your expectations and skills, then its bad and you will be stuck in that project.
