Pros

Good learning environment, ample freedom and bandwidth provided by managers to ramp up at one's own pace. Team members tend to watch each others' backs. Middle management gets involved in the projects, at a very deep level, which boosts the morale of junior members.

Cons

HR & Admin teams need to tighten their belts a little.

People Principle rocks, making every Monday a happy monday since there is no micro-management. People Principle has the potential to keep employees in relation with fractal for long years.

Cons

We sit for after hours yet we don't get compensate for that..Beside this it is a great company to work for and make a career.

Good work-life balance.Good culture to work.Timings are flexible.People are helpful in general.Work from home is an option.Does not believe in micro-management

Cons

Repetitive work,Reporting,Limited learning oppurtunities. Senior staff is not so approachable.People from stats background have more chances to be in a good analytics project. Others are mostly doing reporting work.
