      Pros

      The culture and freedom towards work makes it a very special firm. It may come out to be one of those few firms where you might enjoy so much in an office that you might not want to go home! Every employee is trained properly, looked after after and given the right attitude.

      Cons

      The work could get monotonous but that is different with every case and may not be true most of the times as shifting among projects is equally simple now here.

      Srikanth - you can see of how much he values the company and people with the changes and new principals he has brought in

      Cons

      Middle management- I wonder Srikanth knows of this problem.Most of the managers lack knowledge and are not very sound when it comes to problem solving. Trainings are of very poor standard. Too much politics
