      Pros

      Global front runner in advanced analytical work. Good work culture. Good performance is appreciated here very well. Team, Peers, Managers are quite capable and create a healthy and competitive environment to work in. No micro-management, extreme trust is extended in return for full accountability of one's own work. Flexible timings, work from anywhere culture encouraged by the ceo. Very transparent behavior by the leadership team. You get a sense of belonging to something much larger than yourself or your team. IT team is quite responsive in ticket handling, work laptops have decent specs.

      Cons

      Mostly, the work life balance is not that great. This depends on your client as well. Current project release and new project staffing takes several months. In-house learning academy is not great, but there is support for external certification reimbursement.
