      Very low diversity. Very unprofessional leadership. No career growth. No perks. No corporate culture. No surprise the turnover is so high.

      Great clients and type of work being done.

      Upper management taking credit for all the work they didn't do much of. Unreasonable expectations. Low pay compared to market. Low motivation to remain and build career at fractal.
