Fractal has marketed itself as core AI form, but there very few AI projects Overall the quality of work is substandard and most of the projects are of BI / Data Engineering HR dept is not autonomous - highly influenced by senior mgt No growth opportunities at all for newer ppl (1-2 yrs old in the org). Promotions are highly dependent on your tenure in the org and your relation with your manager rather than performance Most of the ppl who’ve spent 5+ yrs in the org lack analytical / data science knowledge and are still given the responsibility of managing ML/AI projects, which makes difficult to work with them. Huge disparity in compensation Performance is in no way linked to annual increment
