      Pros

      Young, vibrant culturally happening company. Smart/passionate co-founders.

      Cons

      Apart from the Co-founders, top-middle management is weak. Politics increasing with new hires trying to take more control at mid-levels.

      Extremely friendly and helpful colleagues; Work timings flexible;

      Cons

      Extremely bad mapping of the skill set of the resources and the projects they are allotted to; A lot of reporting work done which is not much of value addition; Middle management is in a lot of places inefficient for people management; HR is the worst thing that can happen to the company - highly inefficient top downwards;

      Extremely approachable leadership team, always open to new ideas. Very friendly environment Relentlessly seeking change and innovation and status quo is continuously challenged High appreciation of initiatives through appreciation platforms based on peer, junior and senior feedbacks. Great opportunity through variety of projects, tools and techniques. You can never learn enough.
