      A place which is- Very young and vibrant, Has lots of career opportunities, Growing at a great pace, Well placed in the industry

      Cons

      Support functions need to keep pace with the quality and growth of the Organization. Compensation can be increased to justify the position in the industry.

      really good people to work with... Your opinions are valued by peers and even by top management.. Good clients to work with and there is always a new challenging work coming up..

      Cons

      still need to improve more on consulting work.. rather than just data diggers we can add value with more of consulting practices..
