      Pros

      Fractal has a fantastic work environment. People are encouraged to ask questions and to push the envelope further. It has flexible working hours and facility to work from home. Managers are mentors which is a great plus for anyone. The quality of work is exceptional ranging from heavy data analytics applications to making world class presentations.

      Cons

      The food arrangements can be improved. Facilities for late night drop can be improved (especially for girls).
