      1) Nice flexible work culture (coming here after working in an IT behemoth, the difference is telling) 2) Capable and well-qualified peers and managers 3) Continuous learning and exposure to a wide variety of technologies, domains and projects 4) On-site opportunities 5) The youthful vibe that you get when most of the people working for the company are below 40

      Cons

      1) Discrimination/Elitism when hiring at the analyst level (IIT'ians given high salaries and god-like status) 2) Lack of clear direction/vision is sensed once in a while (which is understandable considering the size of the company and the growth that is happening)
