      Good growth prospects, dynamic team, ability to learn new techniques and processes, free food, chance to work in a growing organization

      Cons

      Mostly reporting work, lack of adequate resources, too consultative in nature of work, 'fun' element missing at work, monotonous work, day starts with checking on what is needed and doing it, very little time to think on own or be proactive and work on something interesting.
